PLD series Concrete Weigh Batcher is a kind of equipment with automatically batching material on the front desk and using mixer together. It can automatically finish the batching procedures of 3~6 kinds of materials (second grade concrete) such as sand, stone, cement, according to user's design.

These series products adopt electronic weighing, computer control, digital display, wired remote control operation, and have such advantages as accurate weighing, high precision batching, quick speed, strong control function and convenient operation. After this series concrete batching machine combines with relative concrete mixer, different types and specifications combined concrete mixing plant can be formed.

1. Hopper Cumulative Weighing
Concrete batching machine with hopper cumulative weighing discharges the aggregates into the same one hopper for weighing. The discharging is automatically controlled to ensure the accuracy. It has features of simple structure, low cost and easy maintenance.
Hopper cumulative weighing is used for small batching capacity machines, such as PLD800 (48m³/h), PLD1200 (60m³/h), PLD1600 (80m³/h). Usually the type concrete batching machines have 2-3 bins.

2. Belt Cumulative Weighing
Concrete batching machine with belt cumulative weighing discharges all the aggregates onto the delivery belt with a long hopper. It has features of big capacity, fast opening and delivery.
Belt cumulative weighing is usually used for PLD1600 (80m³/h) and PLD2400 (120m³/h) with 3-4 bins.

3. Separated Hopper Weighing
Concrete batching machine with separated weighing discharges each aggregate into a separated hopper with weighing device. Its main advantage is high accuracy weighing, but its cost is high because of the advanced design.
Separated hopper weighing is usually used for PLD2400 (120m³/h), LPD3200 (180m³/h) or large batching machines.

1.PLD series concrete batching machine can be used for mixing concrete mixer with discharge capacity of 1000 liters or less. It can be directly connected by mixer, lifting hopper, or by belt conveyor.

2.The weighing system of PLD series concrete batching machine adopts weight control device and sensor, which can be used for quantitative, batching and control of materials, and automatically modify the drop.

3.PLD series concrete batching machine has the advantages of reasonable layout, compact structure, simple operation, accurate proportioning and reliable control.
