What is dry mortar:
Dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, which made in the
factory by precise batching and uniform mixing. It can be used
directly just by adding water in construction site. It has
different properties though adding different additives. The demand
for dry mortar has increased rapidly due to its outstanding merit
compare to the mortar production in job-site.
Raw material of dry mortar:
1. Cementing material: cement, lime, plaster.
2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite,
expanded perlite etc.
3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly
ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.
4. Water-retention and thickening material.
5. Chemical additives.
Descriptions of MG automatic dry mortar production line:
MG series dry mortar production line is based on the latest design
concept in Europe, this production adopts the advanced computer
auto-control system, whose production capacity can reach 30-100
thousand tons per year depend on the system configuration. The
production line consists of storage system, metering and batching
system, conveying system, mixing system, air compressor system ,
packaging system, and dedusting system, etc
Mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity
with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished
products bin shortly after mixed. Moreover, there is design with
automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished
products bin, allowing for synchronous auto-packaging operation.
Featured with easy and convenient operation, high efficiency, it
can both obviously reduce labor intensity and effectively reduce
dust pollution.

Application of automatic dry mortar production line:
The dry mortar production line can produce the following dry
mortars: Bonding mortar: Masonry mortar, wall and floor tile
adhesive mortar, anchorage mortar etc. Decoration mortar:
Decorative plaster, inner and outer wall putty, colorful decoration
mortar etc. Protection mortar: Water-proof mortar, anti-corrosion
mortar, self-leveling mortar, wear resistance mortar, thermal
insulation mortar, sound insulation mortar, repair mortar,
mildewproof mortar, shielding mortar etc.
The air box pulse bag filter has the following advantages:
1). The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.9%, and the dust
emission can be controlled below 30mg/Nm3.
2). Advanced sealing measures, the air leakage coefficient is less
than 2%. It can handle high-concentration dust below 100g/Nm3.
3). Advanced structural design, large filtration area per unit
volume, and small equipment volume.
4). The cleaning method is unique and effective, prolonging the
service life of the filter bag. The key parts are of reliable
